Houghton Lodge Gardens

Tiebridge Cottages, North Houghton, Stockbridge SO20 6LQ, UK – 01264 810502

Very peaceful and tranquil setting. Lovely gardens and walks round River Test. Nice tea room. Good staff. The entry fee is a bargain compared to National Trust places!

One of the finest views of the Test from this unique house and its sweeping lawns. The garden is coming back to into full use and is already a wonderful place to visit. Don't forget to find the rare rose Pope Pius IX in the walled garden.

Test Valley School

Roman Rd, Stockbridge SO20 6HA, UK – 01264 810555

My eldest has finished at Test Valley and had a very happy time there, he was wonderfully supported by Learning Support and my other son who is academic and is attending the school at present is also well taught and is extremely happy - if you enjoy school you will learn. There have been some small issues but you would expect that with any secondary school. It is a smaller, friendly, welcoming school.

Wonderful school, I had a lovely time there, the teachers are so lovely, and there's a great atmosphere. I love the opportunity to hang around with animals, and there are many good clubs. Good luck! :) Andreea x
